Death Valley Noobs Rally

The Death Valley Noobs Rally is a gathering of motorcyclist at Panamint Springs in Death Valley where more experienced riders can help beginning riders (Noobs) with offroad riding skills and navigation around Death Valley. For this version of the DVNR, I was primarily focused on getting some practice in for the 2013 Mexican 1000 race to take place in April. I made a few long solo rides trying to emulate the long days to come in racing in Baja. One ride would take me from Panamint Springs to the Saline Valley Hot Springs, over Steel Pass to Eureka Dunes, east to Crankshaft Junction, south to Furnace Creek, further south to Mengal Pass and Goler Wash, before turning back north to Ballarat and back to Panamint Springs - a 312 mile loop, only stopping for gas (twice), lunch and a few quick pics.
